Airline Ticket Cancellation and Refund Policy

Faretally appreciates your time to know and understand the airline ticket cancellation and refund terms applicable to your flight booking confirmed with us.

Cancellation Requests

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled departure.

  • Requests will only be accepted via phone call to ensure prompt processing.

Refund Policy

  • Airline tickets are non-refundable after 24 hours from the time of booking, unless otherwise specified by the airline.

  • Refunds will not be issued for situations including but not limited to:

    Late check-in, no-show, overbooking, airline strikes, force majeure, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

  • All refunds are subject to airline policies and approval.

  • We can only process refunds if the airline authorizes them or issues a waiver.

Refund Processing

  • Submitting a cancellation or refund request does not guarantee approval.

  • Refunds may take 60 to 90 days to process from the date of request.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Fees & Charges

  • In addition to airline penalties, a post-ticketing service fee will apply.

  • Refund processing fees are charged per passenger, per ticket.

  • Fees will only be assessed if the airline has authorized a refund or granted a waiver.

Consumer Disclosure

  • We are not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by the airline.

  • If a refund is denied by the airline, we will refund our post-ticketing service fees.

Security and Validation

  • For security purposes, email verification is required for all cancellation and refund requests.

  • Your timely response is essential to ensure smooth processing.
