collectively referred to as Site or Website), on an AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE basis with the sole
purpose of travel booking & managing travel and related services including but not limited to
airline reservation.

You agree to use Faretally only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe
on the rights of others. You shall not:

4. Promo Codes

The maximum value of the discount through a coupon cannot exceed the agency service

omissions in your booking or payment details. Faretally adds a non-refundable agency
service fee to your booking that may vary by class, route or fare type.
6. Cancellation and Refund
Please note that cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the airline and type of
booking. You agree to check the cancellation and refund policies before making a booking.
7. Liability
We shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of www.faretally.com,
except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Airfare Disclosures
The quoted pricing reflects our best available fare at the time of the search. Coupon codes are
valid for applicable discounts on our service fees for eligible bookings. Additional terms may
apply to specific offers, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise specified, all listed fares are for round-trip travel and include
applicable fuel surcharges, taxes, fees, and our service fees.

Displayed fares are based on historical pricing data and are subject to change.

Tickets are nonrefundable, nontransferable, name changes are not permitted, and
subject to airline’s fare rules and restrictions.

Availability of the quoted fare is more likely on travel dates that fall on Tuesdays,
Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

These fares may also require an advance purchase of up to 21 days and/or a Saturday
night stay.

Blackout dates may apply, especially during peak travel periods or holidays. Travel on
weekends or holidays may be subject to additional surcharges.

Faretally strives to provide you with access to the website 24/7. However, the website may not
be available to you from time to time, for reasons including but not limited to unavoidable
circumstances or for maintenance purpose. Faretally makes no representations about the

state of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms of Use shall be resolved through
arbitration as enforced in the state.
